For whom?

The classes are accessible for anyone (M/V/X) 16 and older, with and without yoga experience. If you can breathe, you can do yoga.

If this is your first time doing yoga, please let me know at the beginning of class. If you have (had) any injuries, please let me know as well. You can also let me know this privately when you register for a class under events.

Please consult your doctor before attempting any physical activity.

What to bring / have around for a class

The only thing you really need is a yoga mat (and some say that’s not even needed!).

I recommend you bring or have handy at least the following:

  • Yoga mat
  • Hand towel (in case you get sweaty)
  • Water bottle (filled)
  • A sweater or blanket for savasana (end relaxation)

Other items that might be nice to have are:

  • Two yoga blocks (foam or cork, as you prefer)
  • A yoga belt / strap
