Online classes

Online classes are a bit different from in person classes, but we try to keep the class as interesting as always.

You can register and pay online (bancontact / PayPal accepted / SEPA bank transfer*). You can now also buy passes for online classes. A pass gives you a reduction on the base price of a single class.

Once your payment is complete, you will receive an email with a link to join the class on Jitsi. Please check that you can join a(ny) meeting using your preferred set up a bit in advance so everything can run smoothly on the day itself.

*A SEPA Bank transfer can take up to two days to process. Since the system sends your ticket (and link) upon payment completion, please make sure you buy your ticket with enough time.

Private / individual classes

Interested in a private class? Contact me for the different possibilities.

How does a private class work?

After contacting me, I will send you a form to gather some information about you and your yoga practice. Which styles you practice, how often, and what do you want to achieve in the private classes.

I will then create a specific sequence to work on your needs. We will practice this sequence one-on-one, either online or in person (rented room(*), your home(*), or my home). I will fine-tune the sequence if needed, and you’ll get a detailed explanation & a stick figure schema to follow at home.

If you don’t want to practice on your own, private classes can be scheduled regularly. If you want to practice on your own, we can plan a follow up meeting after a few weeks.

For whom?

The classes are accessible for anyone (M/V/X) 16 and older, with and without yoga experience. If you can breathe, you can do yoga.

If this is your first time doing yoga, please let me know at the beginning of class. If you have (had) any injuries, please let me know as well. You can also let me know this privately when you register for a class under events.
Please consult your doctor before attempting any physical activity.

What to bring / have around for a class

The only thing you really need is a yoga mat (and some say that’s not even needed!).

I recommend you bring or have handy at least the following:

  • Yoga mat
  • Hand towel (in case you get sweaty)
  • Water bottle (filled)
  • A sweater or blanket for savasana (end relaxation)

Other items that might be nice to have are:

  • Two yoga blocks (foam or cork, as you prefer)
  • A yoga belt / strap
