Online Yoga 13/10

An online yoga flow class where breath and movement are linked. We will focus on alignment and safely practicing each pose, offering plenty of modifications so every body can practice at their level.
Don’t forget to have your gear / props handy. They’re all pretty much optional (maybe do get a mat), but it’s practical to have access to some items that will make your practice more accessible.
- Yoga mat
- Yoga strap / belt (or any other belt)
- Yoga block(s) (or a couple of sturdy books)
- A blanket (can be used to sit on, and to cover yourself during savasana – the end relaxation)
- Water bottle
