Join me on Instagram for a short and sweet desk yoga break.
After a short centering, we’ll do 5-6 poses to release tension where most office / desk workers accumulate it. Then we’ll finish with either a meditative practice or a breathing (pranayama) exercise, before closing the session by showing gratitude to our bodies.
This class is open to all levels and experiences. You don’t need any special equipment – just your chair! Follow it from your desk at home or in the office, ask some co-workers to join you in a meeting room to take a pause together.
